Hi there,
I noticed that there was a subject on this, but i didn't get the explanation.
I live in the Netherlands, so i assume everything is PAL.
Ok i have a laptop (Acer 1801) with a nice video card (ATI Radeon x600). This laptop contains a video out.
I have a normal Philips television (Model Number: 21PV325/39S) with two times scart in.
I have a s-video to scart cable.
All these things work fine, as long they are not combined. This are the steps i took to get them connected:
1. Pulugged in teh cable in both machines
2. Right mouse on desktop, propperties, settings, 2nd screen, Extend my windows desktop onto this monitor.
3. I get my desktop on my tv.
The problem is that i can't get it in color.
My settings for 2nd screen on laptop: 32bit, 60 Hertz, 1440x900
My settings for 2nd screen on laptop: 16bit, 60 Hertz, 1800x1440
I tried on 3 tv's now, please help me out, because i wanty to whatch dvd's from my laptop. (Saves another machine)
Thanks
