Hi all. Newbie here. Looks like a good place for help with DVDZip

I've purchased DVDzip and althought it works great so far making avi files, I am having a problem. If I use the default 352x288 video output it works fine but when I try to increase the screen size to say 588x240 which fits the screen of my Palm X/T I get an error and it closes out the program. I'm new to this stuff so I'm all ears......err....eyes.Anybody use this program or offer another idea?
