Error Message

I used DVD Shrink 3.2 first. Then when that is done DVD decrypter opens up. I usually have no problems but tonight get a message saying Invalid DVD Navigation Structure.
Overlapped I/O operation is in progress.

What does this mean
If anyone can help Thanks
