Nero Capture Error Message

Hi,

My capture device is an Adaptec USB Videoh! device and I wanted to convert a VHS tape to DVD and when I go to the capture window in Nero version 6.3 and I keep getting an error message that says: 'The capture device is currenty in use. Please close all applications using the device, then try again.' I tried, but I keep getting the same message over and over. Anyone know what the problem is here??

Do you know if your "Adaptec USB Videoh! device" and/or the software you are using allows for BYPASSING the Macrovision copy protection found on most commercial VHS tapes?
