    Burning Problems

    Hi all,

If I burn a FULL DVD using Nero Recode 2 everything burns ok, it will play on my computer just fine, but if I try it on my JVC home entertainment system it will sometimes not read the disk at all, or just play a small part of it.

I have tried the trial versions of 1click DVD, and it works perfect everytime...

What is going wrong when I use Nero???

    Welcome to the forum

Usually these problems are due to a bad burned disc. What media do you use?

And what burner/firmware do you have?

Using a Sony DRU-810A rom, and Maxell discs.

I thought maybe bad copies at first to, but it works great with other DVD copy programs, just refuses to work with NERO..........

Are you using DVD+R or DVD-R? Please look up your JVC model number here to see if it supports the media you are burning with.

I am using Maxell DVD-R. According to the book with my system (JVC TH-C7) it supports that media.

Again, I am only having problems with the disks where I used Nero Recode 2, other programs work great. I would (and probably will have to) purchace one of the other programs, but I already own Nero and it should work if the others do?????????
