    No Data Stored!!

I have a sony external burning drive model number DRX-71OUL. I am unable to get data stored on the disk. I can backup the movie to my hard drive but when I transfer it to a disc and click burn it take about two hours. After those two hours, I see there is no information on the disk. What is the problem?

    Turn your DMA on
What's all this about DMA? DMA, if on, can greatly speed up communications between your PC and its hard drive and DVD/CD drives. The following assumes your hard drive is on the primary channel and the CD/DVD drive is on the secondary. To check if it is on: Right click on My Computer Select Properties Click on

    Nero API version: 6.3.1.19
    Using interface version: 6.3.1.4
    Update your Nero

    Recorder: <SONY DVD RW DRU-710A> Version: BY01
Update your firmware to BYX5 here is a link

If you sit there and ask all the questions you want and don't do nothing about it, I think it will not resolve any thing. SOrry if you think I am rude but this is the second time I see this log from you.
