    Nero recode 2 problems

Hey All! after installing Nero recode2 and trying a backup of Emily Rose, it took approx. 95 min. and it did'nt burn media properly. Tried shrink and it worked flawlesly. What gives? I checked DMA settings, and log still shows DMA off.
I read that recode 2 encodes faster than shrink.Any ideas? thanks in advance!!!

What's all this about DMA? DMA, if on, can greatly speed up communications between your PC and its hard drive and DVD/CD drives. The following assumes your hard drive is on the primary channel and the CD/DVD drive is on the secondary. To check if it is on: Right click on My Computer Select Properties Click on

    fix your DMA
