Nero Recode 2 error (analyzing)

Hi,
I am trying to recode the main movie from a backup (originally done with Nero|Backup Entire DVD)

At 77-78% complete during the analyzation it prompts an error "Nero Recode 2 encountered an error and cannot continue. Internal error."

Why is this occurring and is there a resolution. In advance, thanks for your time and support........... radunn

What brand media was the original backup made on?
Have you tried another program to rip to HDD first like DVDFab Decrypter?
Is there another drive you can try ripping with?
