Burning to DVD±R(W) with Nero Burning Rom "DVD-Video" mode

I have nero 6 and cannot get to the screens to burn the dvd.

I am new to this I went thru the steps using dvd shrink and made the files what is the easiest way to burn the dvd after that point.
