Nero 7 Trial install Problem

I downloaded the trial version of Nero 7. During install and error comes up:
CRC failed in Cab\71550B3F.cab
The file"???" header is corrupt

Is this a bad copy because I installed the same copy on my dad's PC or is there another issue.

did you burn to cd? what are you installing from? exactly
