Recode Settings

I am using Nero Recode to convert MPEG-2 files to MPEG-4 for use in my video editing software. The problem is, there is about 500 files I want to convert, and while they all need the same settings, these settings differ from Nero's defaults. Is there anyway to change the defaults or change the video settings for several movie files at once?

Have you thought about using SUPER?

SUPER will output all types of different formats to the same output format (NTSC or PAL)

I then use Nero Vision to build the menus then if I require them.
