Id love to knwo whats goign on with my load values which seem very strange indeed.
(using Gk 0.26)
i load in the d2v file - resize etc.
do all the setting for resolution croppign and the bits per pixel and load values are as I would expect them to be i.e. :-
a res of 656x496
0.243 bit per pixel
Load 66.4 % 0.403
so thats all fine,
but then i do the compressiabiltiy test and end up with an 18.6(!) load value (highlighted in red)
this happens onyl with this one particular film (well, ive onyl tried 3 others ) - although strange load values are appearing with these other films once the dv2 file is loaded in but is corrected ( to a normal and expected value) AFTER the compressiabiltiy test - so the opposite is happening.
anybody got any ideas whats wrong?
at present, im encoding the film with the above res and .243 thinkign that 18.6 load after the comp test is just some sort of small insignifiacant error and that the 66.4 valu indicated as Load pre comp test is gonna be a truer figure.
