what did i do wrong?

i recently downloaded gdivx and all the codecs and runtime libraries. however, after installing it, i noticed that half the files that i run off gdivx are inverted and upside-down, leaving me with semi-useless files. can anyone give me a heads up? thanks.

It might be that they are mpeg files, and also depending on the player you're using. I'm not all the way sure, but I think that has to do with it. I think depending on what new codecs you get it might effect older formatted things. usually I just use Virtual Dub to fix a problem I had like this, (or Sasami2k because it has this special feature where you can flip the screen upside down and rightside up).
