Sync Problems when VCD -> Divx editing w/ VDub

So basically what's happening is:

File1+File2+File3+File4+File5+File6 - Joined into one .mpg w/ TMPEnc
= mpgA

When I try to convert mpgA into a Divx .avi (w/ VDub), the conversion stops a where File1+File2 were joined.

That was one file (call it mpgA). 2 others were successful (mpgB and C), and a 4th one stopped in the same fashion but between File2+File3 (mpgB).

Ring any bells as to a cause/resolution, thx.
