Seems to me you haven't installed the DivX 5.02 codec. Installing it into your system should solve your problems.

it doesn't work,
even with divx 5.02 codecs, i have the same message error

Divx5 can sometimes behave a bit strangly on WinXP. I'am not sure if this problem is related but perhaps this thread might help solve your problem.
