video capture in VirtualDub

Hi alls!
I tryed to capture a videotape in VirtualDub. But if I capture in RGB16 or 24, the capturing stops at 26,24 min, and in YUY2 mode it stops at 25 min. This is in the internal capture mode.
If I capture in VFW mode, the capture don't stop, but the sound and picture are slipping, and don't keeped together.
WHY???
This is a half year-problem
Please help somebody!

Before capturing did you make sure that under "Capture-->Settings" "Lock video stream to audio" was checked? This makes the picture and sound follow each other, and correct the fps so they match.

I checked that option.
But I realized, when I change the format of capture (RGB16, RGB 24, YUV etc.), the time of the stopping is change!
For example: with RGB the video stops at 26 min, with YUV stops at 35 min, and with YVU8 (or similar stops at 46 min.
This is current in internal capture mode!
Why?
In AviCap mode the sound always slip
