tmpg divx to SVCD no sound picture perfect

when I try to convert divx movie to SVCD I can't get the sound working.
It has to be an mp3 III layer, but I can't get it to work.
tried lame but still no sound, movie works fine on divx player.

please help me out

If, in fact, you are correct, it's undoubtedly in VBR (Variable Bit Rate) format, which TMPGEnc cannot process. If this is the case, convert the audiostream to either .WAV or CBR (Constant Bit Rate) .MP3 format - both of which TMPGEnc will happily process...

better now, but not perfect

I extracted the sound with vitual dub (wav) and merge both
with TMPG, SCVD has sound now but sometimes it is out of sync.

will watch the movie tonight, and will see how bad the ofsync problem is.

yes divx to vcd no problem...

extract sound with visual dub etc merge with TMPG.
good.

extract sound en merge with TMPG, sound is off sync.
can't get it right need some major help on this.
