AVI compression

I've been trying to compress some divx files I've created. The avi files came out to be way to big and I need to somehow compress them to fit on 1 cdr.

Does anyone know where I can a full version of CompressAVI because the one I have didn't come with the DLL file needed.

If anyone has any suggestions on some other apps, I'm open to hear...
