    Gordian Knot Uninstall

I am one of the many who cannot DivX DVDs anymore because of some conflict. It may well be too many Avisynth.dlls installed.
How do I do a COMPLETE uninstall including files, codecs and registry strings.
I need to sort this out and any responses would be greatly appreciated.

get the latest avisynth (2.5x) version then copy and replace the mpeg2dec3 dll into the gordianknot folder. I've to do this in order to make Gknot working.

Thanks for that, BoF. I also had to put UnDot.dll into the Avisynth plugins folder before it would operate correctly.
At last, I'm up and running again. Thanks again

..only if you use such a filter in your avs script..
whereas gordianknot needs mpeg2dec3 to handle YV12 and, I can't explain why, the mpeg2dec3 version provided with GKnot doesn't work!

maybe its because the divx and xvid codecs
use Yv12 as The standart overlay mode surface.

make also sure that you have only ONE avisynth frameserver installed. remove the other (2.07) if
          installed.

you might also be inclined to try the DVX method....
