Control Panel -> System -> Hardware Tab -> Device Manager.
Device Manager -> Sound, video and game controllers -> Video codecs.

When you install a codec, they normally include an uninstaller (check in your Start Menu or, if you have deleted the shortcut in the Start menu, you can search for it in Add/Remove Programs). Once uninstalled, simply reinstall the codec.
