TMPGEnc encoding problems leading to overrunning encoding plz plz plz help

Hi it one of these beginners here needing dire help, ok start off with wots my problem ok i used the tmpgenc wizard for the first time and it worked granted the file turned into a m2v file,
but when using it again it says that the file size is too big and i still click on and it processes yet wot happens is that it overruns if u know wot i mean the source position which should be only up to 25 goes up to 1 hour +, so i tried it again same result, then i tried it the manual way change it to an mpeg2 file stream type system (video+audio) and the same thing happens it overruns wot is causing tis and how do i solve it plz help me
    thanx for reading this

ok this is what vdub gives me

Virtualdub has detected an improper VBR audio encoding in the source AVI file and will rewrite the audio header with standard CBR values during processing for better compatibility. This may introduce up to 13340 ms of skew from the video stream. If this is unacceptable, decompress the *entire* audio stream to an uncompressed WAV file and recompress with a constant bitrate encoder (bitrate: 125.4 +-24.7kbps)

    video stream

Frame size, fps (the U with a line at the beginning us per frame)
    640x480, 23.976 fps (41708 us)
    length: 33557 frames (23:19.60)
    Decompressor: DivX MPEG-4 3920 Low
    Number of key frames: 703
    Min/avg/max/total key frame size: 1579/33891/89769(23268K)
    Min/avg/max/total delta frame size: 0/4295/69788(137811K)
Data rate: 943 kbps (0.49% overhead)

    Audio stream

    sampling rate: 48000Hz
    channels: 2 (stereo)
    sample precision: n/a
compression: Fraunhofer llS MPEG Layer-3 Codec
    layout: 78 chunks (0.02s preload)
    length: 21941952 samples (23:19.44)
    Min/avg/max/total frame size: 96/430/672(33k)
data rate: 125 kbps (5.28% overhead)

First of all, what are you trying to create?

    1) Load the original video file into VirtualDub (or one of its many variants) or NanDub

    2) From the "File" dropdown menu, select "File Information"

    3) Post (here) EVERYTHING you see (BOTH video and audio information), or post a screen capture .jpg of the information box
