newbie needs help

need help. The codec works fine on one of my computers, but when I try to download the software onto my other computer, I cannot extract the files, instead getting "A required .DLL file, TSAD.DLL, was not found"

Video playback still works but there is no audio.

Sounds like you have been infected by some spyware, do a search for TSAD.DLL with any popular search engine, plenty of sites should tell u how to remove it.
