error viewing videos

Everytime I try to view a video I get these errors,

MPL Loader: the DLL "cpuinf32.dll" can not be loaded. OS reports: The specified module could not be found.

MPL Loader: the DLL "mplvpx.dll" can not be loaded. OS reports: The specified module could not be found.

I already tried finding these two files online and putting them in my windows/system folder, but it still gets this message, please help. Thanks.

Press START > RUN > type in

C:\Program Files\Windows Media Player\setup_wm.exe

Press OK

Reinstall Windows Media Player > Reboot
Then try playing a video.

If that don't work try..

Put in your Windows XP CD (or OS CD if different)

Press START > RUN > type in

SFC /SCANNOW

Press OK
