Avi bigger than CD

I downloaded a DivX avi movie and they size of it is 714Mb, the cd i have can hold up to 700Mb, I downloaded virtual Dub so i can split the avi file and put it on 2 Cds but when i opened the avi file it, virtual dub gave me the following error.
Virtual Dub has detected an improper VBR.........then it asks me to decompress .wav file and compress it .......

Any soultions to this problem.
(PS: I download AviChob and splited the file in half, but each time i try to play the avi file in Windows Media PLayer it gives me a *.dll error file.

Sounds like u got a file encoded with vbr audio, u need to cut that with nandub.

But for a 714 mb file I suggest that u try to just cut off the end credits.
