avi splitting problem..plz help!

Ok

I ripped a 3hour dvd using flask 0.6 to an avi which is 2.4 gig....

Now my problem arises when i try to split the file to copy to cds...

I first used avi-chop, (havent had any probs yet) and it chops it till it reaches what im assuming is 2gig, then skips chopping the rest and quits... Now when i go to view this file there is nothing there, its 0k

Secondly i tried using virtualdub, using nicky's guide, the audio and video were screwed in that it would stop and start the whole way through each segment...

Im really at my wits end here, and i would greatly appreciate any help..

AviChop is little bit old... no VBR-Support blabla ...

fixed it...

I used avichop to chop 3 segments each 650mb... when it got to 2gig it quit like it always did... I went to the end of the 3rd segment, noted where it was in the film.... Searched for the same frame in my big copt using virtualdub, then split the 4th segment using virtualdub...

Result = Perfect dvd copy..... damn i love video stores...
