I just uploaded a vid which I made with Ulead Video Studio here: http://www.gotenksmansion.com/episod...[32996EF3].wmv.
I'll also upload a vid which I made with Gordian Knot. The sound quality from the vid above is a bit dull, but if i increase it to 32 (that vid is 16) or 28.8 it increases dramatically. The above vid is 18MB and the one with higher sound quality is 100MB... I'm gonna try out Gordian Knot now .

About converting AVI or DVD files I personally use Cucusoft AVI to VCD DVD SVCD Converter v4.02 and it works!!!
