Subsync & Windows Xp ??

Guys when i try to run subsync standalone file (subsync.exe 75kb) I receive an error message saing that " unable to start application,the class files can not be found,catastrophic failure" . Does anyone have any idea about this error.Thank you all.

I think that is because Subsync isn't XP compatible
