Does anyone know how to use GordianKnot?

I need to use GordianKnot as a frame-server for Virtual Dub, just like VFAPI Converter does. The only insructions I found on Internet, was either in German or in French. I know neither of these languages, so an instruction in English would be perfect. From the help files, I didn't understand much, so if anyone knows something more, please help.
