Audio Streams

I know that there is a method of putting your own audio track over a clip and still retain the video's track by the Use of Morgan Stream Switcher, but I have a problem of wanting the voices but not wanting the original music that the clip has. I have a pretty good feeling that you can't filter out the voices seperately, so I was wondering if you could at least turn one of them down. (maybe utilizing a bass and treble equalizer or something like that.)

Using an audio editor such as GoldWave or CoolEdit, you should be able to do a good job of filtering out what you don't want...
