Please help,
which program I have to use and how to resize an divx movie to a small format???

Depends on which program you have. Flask has an in-built resizer and Virtualdub resizes by means of a Resize filter. However, remember that if you are resizing a DivX movie, you will need to recompress it as well.

Flask is probably not a good choice it only accepts mpeg-2 or vob files as input.
