Bitrape v2.4
(Um, this *is* the place to post software updates, no?)
Not that anyone uses this crap (I mean come on, there's how many bitrate calcs? - Even I use GK anyway), but Bitrape was updated to v2.4.5... I suppose useful for those who aren't using GK?

*Added +5 button for Desired file size and Length of video.
*Added 160k button for Constant Bitrate MP3
*Fixed bug with B/(P*F).
*Added divide-by-4 verification. In theory, DivX5 supports all
resolutions in multiples of 4, whereas DivX3.11alpha and v4.xx
support all resolutions with multiples of 16 (that is, correctly
for highest compatability. Nothing is stopping you from encoding
at whatever resolution you want).
