squeezing mpegs to one vcd

I read somewhere that there is an mpeg squeezer to enable me to fit a whole film on one vcd, any ideas where i can find this software? and also is there anything else i need to do ? many thanks in advance. alan

I do not think you can squeeze a movie if you want to create a standard vcd that will play on a conventional dvd player. The reason is, it needs to have certain key features, such as an 1150 kbps bitrate...etc

However, if you just want to create a non-standard VCD (possibly xvcd or I forget the name xsvcd visit vcdhelp.com) you may be able to play around with the bitrate (but it's not widely supported).
