Searching 4 a DIVX5 version. Ready to buy it!

I need to keep my Win98 OS.
Cannot go up to Win2000 or XP because of some other softwares.
All DIVX version earlier than 6 is not supported or available from DIVX.COM.

I once had DIVX5.1-Something or 5.05 and it was just mavellous.
I lost the installer and my back-up was not valid.
I don't want no "Package Deal" loaded with either trojans or spywares.
Any infos will be greatly appreciated.
