xmpeg 4.5 am i an ass

i simply cannot get the conversion to start

gives me a "File cannot be created check that the file may be in use or your settings are not correct."

OK so i have tried everything i can find, including renaming the output files etc etc

Can anyone help me at all

divx 4.0 and lame mp3 also tried radium but i think that uses the lame codec anyways

That could actually be your problem. You shouldn't install two MP3 Codecs when using Flask or Xmpeg, because these programs don't like that very much.
Uninstall both of them, reboot and reinstall one of the codecs again.

ok cool thanks will give it a go... the lame codec didnt work at all was the initial problem so i used the radium installer

under mp3 decoding when i had initially installed the lame codec all i could do was go up to 56k quality.... any help with also appreciated

I get the same error with divx 4.12 and radium on Xmpeg, i have even used the guides here from divx-digest!
Any soultions on this problem?

yep download nim and or guardian knot and install it, then you have the choice of some new mp3 codecs they work fine

i think that was its name im at work so i cant check, it was a complete pack of codecs rippers etc like guardain knot
