Need DivX file cutout soft.

May be somebody can tell me about the easiest software (easiest way) to cut out a part of DivX (AVI, MPEG4) video files.
Some time I'm recording from TV screen a movie or a show and I need to cut out commercials. That's it - nothing else. Easy ans quick. What soft would be the best?
