Xmpeg 4.5 and "iDCT" selection... please help

plaese anyone could tell me the appropriate "iDCT" to use in Xmpeg to speed it up? I've an AMD Athlon XP 1800+.

or could you tell me where i can find an optimized idct file to download?

SSE, I believe, would be the most appropriate to use.
