How to translate websites?

I should be translated a website from Russian on English.

How it is better to make it?

The best way I have found is using Firefox with the add on FoxLingo

It has a built in toolbar that will translate a variety of languages including Russian,

I'm sure others will post there favorite way as well.

FoxLingo for me too using FF!

By far the easiest to use. Just copy the URL of the page you are viewing and then enter it into foxlingo.

BTW: The translations are NOT perfect but you have numerous options to use different translators. If I am in doubt, I will use 2 or 3 different translations until I can reach a consensus
