MPEG2AVI Cutting Off End Of Movie?

I'm having a problem (suddenly):

I'm useing MPEG2AVI to grab the video from this VOB file, only it gets so far and then just ends. It gets to about 94 out of 130 min. I've never had this problem before.

GraphEdit grabs the full audio length fine.

Any ideas?
