    blutach and UncasMS,

    i did 4 complete full tests adjusting TargetSectors to 1,465,000 - 1,800,000 - 2,800,000 and 3,000,000
all this tests give me short final size from 1.28Gb to 1.62Gb in video_ts folder.

what i did wrong or what more i have adjust to get 3Gb in the final size?

Impossible, unless you have also run RBOpt and adjusted the setting there, too.

no matter what i adjust in target sectors i got always short final size,
then i did without compression to compare how each encoder work.

          @ all
the result from cce and HC are seamless and very coll.
only in few scenes have different matizes.

          screenshots from dvd sourge:
          (800259 Bytes)

          from HC encoder:

          and from cce:

the screenhots are showing few differents colors in the hair, skin and in the wall but my bmps have more details.imageshack convert the bmps to pngs and to show the right aspect of the colors.(round 15%)
i will host this 3 bmps in rapidshare and you will see how each picture really is.
[edit] link to download the Pictures.bmp

using the source as reference,HC have more fidelity in matizes,
the cce is dark and change matizes with more red.

the colourspace used for each encoder:
script for HC use ConvertToYV12() and cce use ConvertToYUY2().
the screenshots from Hc are from V01000800001009.AVS:
          #------------------
          # AVS File Created by DVD Rebuilder
          # VOBID:01, CELLID:09
          #------------------
          LoadPlugin("C:\Arquivos de programas\DVD-RB\DGDecode.dll")
          mpeg2source("D:\5TH ELEMENT HC\D2VAVS\V01.D2V")
          trim(37807,43874)
          ConvertToYV12()

and the cce are from V01000800001009.AVS
          #------------------
          # AVS File Created by DVD Rebuilder
          # VOBID:01, CELLID:09
          #------------------
          LoadPlugin("C:\Arquivos de programas\DVD-RB\DGDecode.dll")
          mpeg2source("D:\5TH ELEMENT CCE\D2VAVS\V01.D2V")
          trim(37807,43874)
          ConvertToYUY2()

          a doubt in the air:
each encoder work different or the colorspaces are giving this little changes?

my conclusion is: HC have fidelity but CCE is faster.

          regards
