Can I improve qua. after cucusoft?

I have wmv file convert to dvd file by cucusoft can I improve the quality with RB?

Night

You can't make a silk purse from a sow's ear ... even with a great product like DVDRB.

Normally, those WMVs are made with atrocioulsy low BRs and if you have a great converter (I don't know how good cucusoft is as an MPEG2 converter), the best you will get is equivalent quality to the WMV.

RB will encode it again, but the encoders can't fill in pixels that aren't there in the first place.
