Yes, you can deleted all of them. They are only temp files. Those files in that folder are used to create the final DVD structure in your output folder. If you have that final folder. No need for the temp files anymore.

They will, of course, be created again in the next project you do.

The D2VAVS folder contains the encoded video, which will be around 4Gb (depending on how much audio you have). After rebuild and testing to see if you're satisfied that everything is OK, delete them.

It definately wouldn't hurt to uninstall first, but I believe it should overwrite everything anyhow.

By default the freeware version is installed in a different directory than the Pro Version. So they can coexist. You have to be careful, though, because jobs that have been prepared with the Pro version won't work with the freeware (it has a lot more parameters/options).
