Entire DVD?

Somehow, when I open any movie in DVD Rebuilder, it only shows the main movie, and two or three other titles. Even when "Full DVD" is selected. Is there a way to do the ENTIRE disc, similar to Nero Recode? I ask this because I have a few movies that cannot be compressed with any sense of quality in transcoders, but I don't want to lose anything in Rebuilder.

This has to do with the settings in the INI file. If you want all titlesets to show, open the INI file and under [Options] set vts_min_size=1

As an aside, only God knows why you'd wanna keep extras on most disks. How many times do you watch them anyway? If you wanna watch extras, why not pull out the original?

Just as an informative note: The reason the others weren't showing is because they have been determined to be too small to be significant. So by default DVD Rebuilder will simply copy those VTS's when it does the backup. By setting VTS_MIN_SIZE=1 you are telling DVD-RB to set the "too small to matter" level to 1 sector -- so it will essentially reencode everything.

Ah, it copies them and not just deletes them?

Yes, but they are insignificant (by their very size). You can't just delete them - it could mess up the nav structure.
