When Rebuilder gets to the encoder program, I get this message, "Fail to find and run Decoder ,path may be incorrect," I checked the path assigned and it is the same as the one I have on another computer, in which the program works, the both free encoders get the same message. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Use the setup in the Settings menu to redefine your paths. Or just re-run the installer.
