DVD Shrink problem

Hi there,

I'm a newbie!

I need to rip video files from DVDs and I use DVD Shrink (this is legal, this is for my work).
My problem is that sometimes the software cuts my video in 3 or 4 parts!
But sometimes I have my full file.

Could you pleas help me?
Is there something to do?
Do you know another software?
I can't work if my files are divided in parts :-/

im having problems myself with dvd shrink. every time i go to open files and i attempt to open main movie, full disc or something i get a message that states that systems file could not be found. im trying to figure it out and what makes it even harder is that i know nothing about computers. hmm do you have any advice. im using dvd fab

hmm...no answers? Is there a DVD Shrink forum or can anyone redirect me?
I've got 3.2 but can't figure how to compress my .avi to where it'll fit on a single layer dvd.

I can turn the subtitles off on the dvd player. That's not the problem. But since I'm the one that is modifying the ISO that will burn to the DVD, I'd like the subtitles to be disabled by default.
