uncropMKV Problem

I have used uncropMKV for years w/o an issue. A friend had an exact problem that I fixed but I for get how I fixed it. Here's the issue. I load a *mkv into uncropMKV to uncrop it; I click queue then start. The cmd prompt screen loads that should remain open until the task is complete; instead, it flashes twice then disappears. Immediately, the main GUI reports Done! and Author; Dean K....

I've reinstalled avisynth, ffdshow, and haai splitter to no avail . Can you take me further to resolve this issue or point me in the right direction? In advance thanks for your time and support.
