Problems converting FROM Quicktime

How do you convert a QT video to say an mpeg1 or 2? Help, please!

What does SUPER say when it tries to convert it?

It doesn't say anything. But, it doesn't change it to mpeg. It makes it a MOV. I'm not exactly sure what the quicktime format is. There's nothing on the menu that says quicktime. What do I pick?

I get the same thing when I use NeroVision too but it is the same as MPG2. But I just get SUPER to make a VOB of it. Then I know it is DVD compliant. The rest is selected automatically by SUPER



But in the drop down box for selection # 1, you can select exactly what output you want.
