SUPER: .avi to .flv problem

It's been a couple of months since I've used SUPER, but I remember converting .avi to .flv worked fine.

Now I am getting an error message when I try to convert an .avi to .flv.
The first error says DirectShow not checked. After I checked this option, the next error says Can't find or open the Directshow ActiveX filter?

Ideas?

Un-installed and re-installed seemed to fix the problem....for now...

Don't know what it might have broken though....
