Mpg 2 mkv

Hi,

I've a file with MKV extension.
It contains h264 Videostream + DTS Audio(2 Lines).

I need to create a file which only contains 1 Audio Line.
It has to be AC3 not DTS.
The file extension have to be *.mkv.

What I did:

1) I've used MKV2VOB for Creating a *.mpg-File which only Contains 1 Audio Line in AC3.

2) I've tried to us SUPER to create a MKV with the MPG.
I've selected "direct stream copy" for both (video + audio).
But after encoding there apears only a small file of 64kb in size.

Why it doesn't work ?

I'm not sure about the mvk2vob and I haven't used SUPER in awhile. But I've been doing some stuff with .mkv lately. I think the easiest is use:

to convert the DTS to AC3. Then use mkvmergegui:

http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/doc/mkvmerge-gui.html

to only have the streams you want in the resulting .mkv.
