No video output when using mpeg1

No video output when using mpeg1

I'm using the free version and don't get any video output when using mpeg1. Sound is fine and when I try mpeg2 it works fine. Any ideas?

you have the trial i assume, is directshow raised? posting the file info would be good if possible.
