    TMPGEnc Problem

I'm not sure this is one problem affecting a couple programs, or multiple problems. Using TMPGenc Plus 2.5 when trying to encode files (that I know are 29 or so fps) when you first open them, it will automatically reads them as a "Film Movie" even though they are video (29 or so fps), and this doesn't happen with all files, sometimes it reads them as video (like it should), and if not I can just change the tab. Now onto TMPGenc DVD Author, i've tried adding .vob files (29fps) that have worked fine before, now it's telling me they (the same files that worked before that are 29 or so fps) are 23.976fps and a fatal error. These files worked fine before, and now it's telling me they won't, and there's no option to override it. Is there some codec/filter/software that would cause this problem? If my description is a little confusing, i'll be very happy to clarify, since I appreciate any help.

    Thanks,
    Kevin.

Defination from the owners of TMPGEnc Plus:

Video movie The source consists only from video movie(29.97fps progressive/interlaced)

Select this option if you are trying to encode movies captured from digital camera.

Film movie The source consists only from film movie(substantially 24fps).
This mode can be used for 29.97fps interlaced file movie.

Select this option if you are trying to encode film / anime movies.

      Thanks,
      Kevin.
for the first part, i've always known that to exist. i almost always have to manually set it too.

for the dvd author part, have you installed any codecs/packs since this problem happened?
